How can you Maintain a positive spirit?

Negative emotions often attract more negativity, whereas a positive spirit and emotions attract positivity into your life. Here’s how to boost your positive outlook.

  1. Start your day by being thankful for all the good you have in your life. Visualise the things you want the day to bring and feel the emotion of getting what you want.
  2. If you start to feel negative during the day, try to detach yourself from that feeling and anchor to something optimistic (an emotion, activity or a more positive conversation). It may be difficult at first but with practice you’ll become more adept at feeling positive throughout the day.
  3. To end the day, list three positives that happened.
